An October 14, 1977 concert with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Harry Rabinowitz. The group had already done a live album with a 30-piece orchestra from Carnegie Hall, but this performance is, in some respects, better. The older songs are a curiosity, with Can You Understand performed in a version more expansive the horns of the RPO add a lot but less taut than the original recording. The King Biscuit Flower Hour - The Band. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей. The King biscuit flower hour sponsored live concerts by many fine bands, most of whom put on excellent performances. Thankfully many of these were captured on tape at the time. It is however in only relatively recent times that the performances have been made available commercially. The concert was the last of three performed in October 1977 with famous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Harry Rabinowitz. Twenty years later this album was put together, remixed from the original 24-track master tapes by Michael Dunford. There are two volumes deriving from this concert, but the bulk - and best - of it is on this first volume. King Biscuit Flower Hour: Greatest Hits Live is a compilation live album by the progressive rock supergroup Emerson, Lake & Palmer. It features tracks from two different tours: The 19731974 Brain Salad Surgery Tour, and the 1977 Works Tour. Tracks 110 on Disc One were recorded on November 12, 1977 at the Coliseum now the WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, West Virginia. This is the first and possibly only official release of these recordings. The band's last concert with an orchestra on the 1977 Works. Songs in album Girlschool - Live On King Biscuit Flower Hour 1997. Girlschool - Screaming Blue Murder. Girlschool - Race With The Devil.
